Seated Swans 

We are proud to present our uplifting seated Silver Swans classes. These classes are expertly crafted for those facing mobility challenges, enabling them to engage in dance and physical activity while comfortably seated. 

Each 45-minute session transcends mere exercise; it’s an opportunity for laughter, creativity, and shared experiences that truly elevate the spirit. 

Classes are held on Thursdays at 2pm to 2.45pm at Mays Court, Garrison Lane, in the lounge accessed via the main entrance. 

Classes are charged at £5 per session for residents of Mays Court and £8 per session for non residents.

There is no booking for these classes, simply turn up on the day.
