We invite you to join our Silver Swans classes, specifically designed for older adults. These classes accommodate all levels of experience, from seasoned dancers to complete beginners. The sessions aim to improve mobility, enhance posture, refine coordination, and boost overall vitality. Additionally, we provide Seated Silver Swans classes for individuals with limited mobility, allowing them to engage in dance while seated and enjoy the physical activity. Our Adult class caters to participants with some experience who possess an Intermediate understanding of ballet technique. All programmes are led by Debra, a licensed Silver Swans instructor and teacher affiliated with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Classes are not subjected to term times and carry on throughout the year, with short breaks for Christmas, New Year, Easter and Spring and Summer Bank holidays.
